The Super Falafel Loyalty Program allows members to earn points for eligible purchases and redeem them for rewards and benefits.

  1. fill the Form and submit, you will receive an email 
  2. open the email, follow the instructions
  3. create your password
  4. your Customer Card will show
  5. add the app to your home screen
  • How to Earn Points:
    • Members can earn points by making qualifying purchases at Super Falafel. Earn 1 point for every dollar spent. 40 points = $1 discount on qualifying purchases.
    • Customers must have a minimum of 400 points in order to start redeeming.
    • Additional opportunities to earn points may include special promotions or events.
  • How to Redeem Points:
    • Members can redeem their accumulated points for discounts on eligible purchases.
  • Viewing Point Balance and Account Management:
    • Members can review their points balance, transaction history and update personal details and preferences by logging into their account on the Loyalty Program website.
    • Access to the website requires a username and password.
  • Points Members must give the Company appropriate permission to contact them via email or telephone.
  • Points Expiration Policy:
    • Members must remain active in the Loyalty Program to retain accumulated points.
    • If a member account is inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months, all accumulated points will be forfeited.
    • Members can maintain active status and retain accumulated points by earning and redeeming points in the Loyalty Program at least once every twelve (12) months.
  • Termination and Modification:
    • We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to the Loyalty Program Terms at any time and for any reason.
    • Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "last updated" date.
    • Members are responsible for reviewing the Program Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
    • Continued use of the Loyalty Program after changes to the Program Terms will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
  • Privacy Policy:
    • We value member privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • Member data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
  • Customer Support:
    • For inquiries or assistance related to the Loyalty Program, please contact our customer support team at events@trotters.com.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    • The laws of Trinidad & Tobago govern the Super Falafel Loyalty Program and any disputes arising from it.
    • Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
